自動(dòng)變速箱不同于一般的齒輪組機(jī)構(gòu)的手動(dòng)變速，其結(jié)構(gòu)中包含多組摩擦片和制動(dòng)片，同時(shí)使用特殊的液壓軸，所以對(duì)于一般的車(chē)主來(lái)說(shuō)，自動(dòng)變速箱的拆裝和自動(dòng)變速箱維修都需要專(zhuān)業(yè)的知識(shí)和技術(shù)，但是通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的方法快速判斷其工況的優(yōu)劣，以便及時(shí)處理。

Automatic transmission is different from manual transmission with general gear mechanism. Its structure includes multiple sets of friction plates and brake pads, and uses special hydraulic shafts. Therefore, for ordinary car owners, the disassembly and maintenance of automatic transmission require professional knowledge and technology. 一、自動(dòng)換擋時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)或者過(guò)短。一般自動(dòng)變速箱都是有特定的換擋轉(zhuǎn)速和車(chē)速，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)換擋時(shí)間突然過(guò)長(zhǎng)或者過(guò)短，這就意味著變速箱的傳動(dòng)比不成比例了，同時(shí)會(huì)感覺(jué)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速過(guò)高，情況更甚者是變速箱不進(jìn)行換擋，這都說(shuō)明變速箱出了問(wèn)題。

1、 The automatic shifting time is too long or too short. Generally, automatic transmissions have specific shifting speeds and vehicle speeds. If the shifting time is suddenly too long or too short, it means that the transmission ratio of the gearbox is disproportionate, and the engine speed may feel too high. In more severe cases, the gearbox does not shift, which indicates that there is a problem with the gearbox.

二、車(chē)子發(fā)生打滑或沖擊。如果掛上D檔或R檔車(chē)子不走，或者車(chē)子反應(yīng)很遲緩后沖擊，或者發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速很高但車(chē)速卻很慢，就意味著變速箱內(nèi)部的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)部分出了問(wèn)題。

2、 The car slips or impacts. If the car does not move when shifting to D or R gear, or if the car reacts slowly and then shocks, or if the engine speed is high but the vehicle speed is slow, it means that there is a problem with the mechanical transmission part inside the gearbox.

三、箱體內(nèi)產(chǎn)生異味。變速箱體是靠液壓油來(lái)工作的，當(dāng)油溫過(guò)高時(shí)，會(huì)產(chǎn)生一些燃燒，這些異味會(huì)傳出來(lái)，這就說(shuō)明變速箱體內(nèi)的某些執(zhí)行部件工作不正常。如果不用拆修，就能解決自動(dòng)變速箱頓挫、沖擊、打滑、異響、高溫等問(wèn)題，對(duì)于車(chē)主來(lái)說(shuō)，無(wú)疑是好的，既繞開(kāi)了汽修的陷阱，又能節(jié)省大修的成本，更不用損傷變速箱的性能。根據(jù)自動(dòng)變速箱維修協(xié)會(huì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，90%以上的自動(dòng)變速箱故障是由自動(dòng)變速箱油(ATF)過(guò)熱導(dǎo)致的，由此造成自動(dòng)變速箱內(nèi)形成頑固性的臟污與雜質(zhì)，堵塞閥體，無(wú)法控制油壓，同時(shí)，構(gòu)成變速箱部件的磨損，頓挫、沖擊、打滑、噪音等隨之而來(lái)。

3、 There is an odor inside the box. The gearbox relies on hydraulic oil for operation. When the oil temperature is too high, some combustion will occur, and these odors will be transmitted, indicating that some of the actuating components inside the gearbox are not working properly. If there is no need for disassembly and repair, it can solve problems such as jerking, impact, slipping, abnormal noise, and high temperature in the automatic transmission. For car owners, it is undoubtedly good. It not only avoids the trap of auto repair, but also saves the cost of major repairs, let alone damaging the performance of the transmission. According to data from the Automatic Transmission Maintenance Association, over 90% of automatic transmission failures are caused by overheating of the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF), which leads to stubborn dirt and impurities in the automatic transmission, blockages of the valve body, inability to control oil pressure, and wear of transmission components, resulting in jerking, impact, slipping, noise, and more.
