①準(zhǔn)備好工具及盛放各類零件的小盒,在干凈平整的操作臺上進(jìn)行解體.如果沒有該車的維修手冊,應(yīng)準(zhǔn)備好記錄本和做記號的膠布條.

②拆卸應(yīng)從前部油泵開始，由前至后，由外及里地逐步進(jìn)行，并隨時(shí)做好記錄。

③自動變速器殼體大多用鋁合金鑄成，拆卸時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁使用撬棍和鐵器直接敲打。

⑥零件拆卸后，應(yīng)用汽油洗凈，并用低壓壓縮空氣吹干，不得使用易掉纖維的棉紗等擦拭閥類零件。

⑦墊上O型密封圈等易損件原則上拆卸后應(yīng)更換新件，不得湊合重復(fù)使用老公、變形、磨損的易損件。

⑨閥芯、活塞、密封件等裝合時(shí)，均應(yīng)涂上變速箱油。
