1、解體及初檢

將變速箱全部解體，包括內(nèi)部油泵、離合器、活塞、行星架、閥體（滑閥箱）、差速器、變扭器等，所有的解體都嚴(yán)格按照技術(shù)規(guī)范和依靠大量的專用設(shè)備和工具進(jìn)行，否則會(huì)引起零件損壞。解體完畢后按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)所有的零件進(jìn)行初步檢測(cè)并根據(jù)變速箱的實(shí)際故障查出故障點(diǎn)。將直觀檢測(cè)失效的零件和一次性使用零件和剩余零件分別放置，進(jìn)入下一道工序。
Disassemble the gearbox completely, including the internal oil pump, clutch, piston, planet carrier, valve body (slide valve box), differential, torque converter, etc. All disassembly shall be carried out in strict accordance with the technical specifications and relying on a large number of special equipment and tools, otherwise the parts will be damaged. After disassembly, conduct preliminary inspection on all parts according to standard technical data and find out the fault point according to the actual fault of the gearbox. Place the visually detected failed parts, disposable parts and remaining parts separately to enter the next process.
2、零件清洗及檢測(cè)

清洗過(guò)程也要經(jīng)過(guò)幾道工序才能完成，煤油初洗，超聲波清洗，熱水清洗，壓縮空氣清潔。清潔要求所有零件一塵不染，表面不得有任何油污，油道通暢。零件清洗完畢后，送入裝配工位，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)所有的零件進(jìn)行再次檢測(cè)，確定所有需要維修材料，準(zhǔn)備組裝。
The cleaning process can only be completed after several processes, such as kerosene initial cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, hot water cleaning and compressed air cleaning. Cleaning requires that all parts shall be spotless, the surface shall be free of any oil stain, and the oil passage shall be smooth. 此過(guò)程和上一步驟同時(shí)進(jìn)行，閥體（滑閥箱）是自動(dòng)變速箱的核心元件，需要很專注的人員才可以操作此步驟。作為專注維修需要將閥體全部解體，解體后清洗，然后檢查所有滑閥及閥體的磨損根據(jù)實(shí)際情況維修。組裝完畢后還要與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行壓力測(cè)試，只有符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)范圍內(nèi)的閥體才可以進(jìn)入到組裝工位。
